How to use

Dispense mousse into palm and spread evenly through fingers on scalp. With wet or dry hair, apply directly on the scalp, and specifically along the hair line and on roots. Apply in the morning and reapply throughout the day as necessary. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse hands after application.
